Our executive management team formerly worked together at a loan brokerage firm and saw a great flaw in how franchise financing was being implemented. A severe lack of industry knowledge left franchisees scratching their heads. Many franchisees have told us it is akin to buying a used car. Differing stories coming from various salespeople is confusing. At closing, the terms seemed to change but usually it is too late, with leases’ deadlines etc. to shop for a loan again.
We were convinced that being straightforward and having our people know each franchise we work with, helps the franchisee to be comfortable with their finance choice. There are many different franchise finance options and we offer the full spectrum of those options. We do not push a loan product that is unfavorable just because that is all we offer.
